📦 Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy under the following conditions:

✔ The product is damaged
✔ The product is defective
✔ The wrong product was delivered

🔔 Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.


⏳ Replacement Request Timeline

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted


📩 How to Request a Replacement

Please email us at glowshop199@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.


🚚 Replacement Process

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped

  • In some cases, product pickup may be arranged

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

🔹 COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
🔹 Online Payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
